A few years ago, I would have finished off a vacation feeling unhappy and guilty about going overboard on my food and drink choices. And I would have made up for in with a long cardio workout.
But since adding macros to my life, I can now fit alcohol (and donuts and chips) into an overall healthy diet with ALL of the fun and none of the yucky feelings!
And even if I do go a little overboard, I don’t sweat it. The memories are worth the extra calories!
